The anti-slip surface, available in both the Modular Panel (for suspended systems), and the Interlocking Panel, presents a number of advantages:

  • anti-slip floor surfaces are increasingly a requirement for public safety everywhere!
  • this surface is perfect for catering areas and bars, et cetera
  • mesh patterning gives a contemporary, uniform appearance to your floor
  • phenol facing is applied to both the upper and (smooth) reverse surfaces, giving added resilience and durability to the panel, and extending its working life
  • where carpets and coverings are used, the mesh patterned surface adds traction, making for easier laying

NWP recommends a birch hardwood plywood core in panel products. This hard-wood composition ensures greater durability, rigidity and longevity to the panel and the finished floor product. This core features in our phenol mesh faced products.
